Job Summary
Reservation Agent at Noema responsible for processing reservations via email, telephone and in person, handling cancellations and modifications, and analyzing data to determine availability and rates, while delivering clear, friendly guest communications and maintaining professional relationships. The role involves producing confirmation letters and other well-written correspondence, providing detailed information about amenities and activities, and generating reports to support revenue and occupancy insights. Seasonal contract from May to September in Mykonos, Greece, with in-person remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a Reservations Agent for minimum 2 years in High-End Restaurants or 5* Hotels
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of additional language will be considered a plus
- Confident communication
- Patience and flexibility towards demanding circumstances
- Computer skills
