Job Summary
Manage new and existing individual room reservations via telephone, email, and the website while monitoring booking channels to maximize revenue and identify sales opportunities. Anticipate guest needs proactively to exceed expectations, communicating with Front Office or Restaurant teams to facilitate stays. Step in for the Reservations Supervisor or Manager when needed. This six-month fixed-term role supports our London Hoxton hotels across Shoreditch, Holborn, Southwark, and Shepherd's Bush, where individual design vibes define our lively city neighbourhoods. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in another language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)
- You're great with computers and on the phone

Desired Qualifications
- A previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred but not mandatory – it's all about how you contribute to the team! We can teach you everything you need to know about the world of hotel reservations
- Since we're opening in several exciting places, speaking additional lingos is an advantage
