Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests in booking their stay at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa. Handle reservation inquiries with a positive attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Maintain detailed records and demonstrate strong organizational skills using basic computer skills and reservation software. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support the resort's operations. Join a collaborative team within Davidson Hospitality Group's award-winning resort network.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
