Job Summary
Reservations Agent responsible for managing hotel reservations via phone, email, and web portals, providing accurate room availability, rates, and policies, handling group/corporate/leisure bookings, recording VIP preferences, updating reservations in real‐time, and promoting upsells and packages to maximise revenue. Requires proficiency with OTA extranets, GDS, and Opera/MARSHA or similar systems, a proven track record of at least 2 years in a reservations role, excellent communication and service orientation, and strong attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction and accurate reservation documentation.
