Job Summary
Respond to reservations in a friendly and courteous manner while providing prompt service for guest needs. Provide information to guests about the hotel and local happenings, and obtain all pertinent information to complete bookings. Answer the telephone and greet prospective guests professionally. Accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is part of a growing hotel company offering excellent pay, hotel discounts, and F&B discounts.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least six months of customer service experience
- friendly, outgoing personality
- ability to communicate with guests in a professional and positive manner at all times
- availability to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
