Job Summary
Reservationist to accept trip reservations, collect passenger data, perform data entry for trip requests, provide system information to passengers, and coordinate scheduling with operations. Responsibilities include handling multiple tasks, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining passenger records, communicating effectively with dispatch and operations, and ensuring safety and accurate filing. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience with call center tasks, and proficiency with computers; Paratransit scheduling experience with Trapeze PASS is preferred. Charlottesville, VA on-site role.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in paratransit scheduling utilizing Trapeze PASS, preferred
- Possess excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Telephone speaking and/or call center experience
