Reservation Supervisor

Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes while processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Identify guest needs, verify availability, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or escalate concerns as appropriate. Assist management in training, scheduling, counseling, and motivating employees; serve as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. Welcome guests according to company standards, maintain confidentiality, and comply with quality assurance expectations. Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
