Job Summary
Communicate with travelers to identify destination interests, dates, preferences, and budget constraints. Search and compare accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, and tours to assist clients in selecting arrangements that meet their priorities. Process reservation details through authorized supplier and booking systems, organizing trip components into clear travel plans. Provide confirmations, schedules, itineraries, and travel documents while tracking pending items and following up for additional information. Assist with modifications, changes, cancellations, and special requests, double-checking all details for accuracy. Maintain up-to-date client and booking records within company platforms and communicate important updates promptly. Participate in supplier training and destination education to build knowledge of available travel products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another approved region
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable internet access
