Job Summary
Assist with calls from and to customers, supporting field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement. Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels. Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts to support creating equipment availability and accuracy. Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product. This role supports U-Haul's nationwide service for do-it-yourself movers and households.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service
- Proficient in time management
- Proficient in multitasking
