Job Summary
Manage equipment reservation placement and distribution for customers, field team members, and dealerships by directing incoming customers to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory. Assist with inbound and outbound calls, review reports to ensure equipment availability and contract accuracy, and support the U-Box portable storage product. Work under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager to meet future demand.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
