Job Summary
Reservation Manager Agent responsibilities: assist with calls from and to customers; support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement; direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory; review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations, and contracts; support availability and accuracy of equipment and the U-Box portable storage product; requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer-service, time-management, and multitasking skills. Location is Rochester Hills, Michigan, US; on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
