Job Summary
Reservation Manager Agent responsibilities include assisting with calls from and to customers, supporting field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels, reviewing reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
Additional Requirements
