Job Summary
Reservation Manager Agent responsibilities include assisting with calls from and to customers, supporting field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels for future demand, reviewing reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support equipment availability and accuracy, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product.
