Job Summary
Identify new reservations sales opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals. Monitor same-day selling procedures, group reservation forecasts, and wait lists to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Negotiate contracts, process billing instructions, and handle guest complaints while delivering service excellence to grow account share. Manage team assignments, conduct on-the-job training, and create monthly labor schedules. Execute operational tasks including proposal generation and contract writing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
