Job Summary
Reservation Manager Agent responsibilities include assisting with calls from/to customers, supporting field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory, reviewing reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations, and contracts, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product. Strong emphasis on customer service, time management, multitasking, and basic office software (Word/email) within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
