Job Summary
Plan and prepare monthly forecasts, reports, and statistical data for annual budget review. Respond to customer queries to resolve issues efficiently and maintain accurate guest records in the corporate database. Supervise reservation associates, delegate tasks, and ensure all bookings follow standard procedures while monitoring occupancy and room availability. Educate the team on cost-effective resource use and safety provisions, and handle additional responsibilities as delegated by management. Give discounts and corporate rates per policy and ensure calculative overbooking. Maintain guest folios by referencing history for VIP and regular guests. Requires a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality, 3+ years experience, and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
