Job Summary
As a Reservations Agent for a hotel in the Accor network, you will provide exceptional guest service, maximize revenue through up-selling, book room reservations, manage rooming lists, and assist guests with information and special requests. You will need a guest-focused demeanor, experience is an asset, familiarity with Opera or a related system, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and English fluency (additional languages are a plus).
