Job Summary
Assist with inbound and outbound calls to customers, directing equipment distribution based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory. Support field team members and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment management. Review reports to ensure equipment availability and contract accuracy, while assisting with the U-Box portable storage product. This role operates under the Traffic Control Manager within a fast-paced environment focused on customer service and results.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service
