Job Summary
Assist with calls from and to customers, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels. Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while reviewing reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts. Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product. This part-time role is based in Midwest City, Oklahoma, under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service
- Proficient in time management
- Proficient in multitasking
