Job Summary
Reservation Agent responsibilities include handling calls from and to customers, supporting field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment reservations and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory, reviewing reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations and contracts, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product.
Required Qualifications
