Job Summary
Assist with calls from and to customers while supporting field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management. Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels. Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts to ensure availability and accuracy. Also assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product. This part-time role is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones
- Phone etiquette
- Word
- Proficient in customer service
