Job Summary
Reservation Agent for the LAX operation responsible for creating reservations, handling sales and upsells, and responding to email inquiries. The role requires exceptional customer service with strong phone etiquette, knowledge of the vehicle fleet, and the rental system. The agent will communicate effectively in English, manage multi-tasking responsibilities, and provide information on options and services. The position supports a high-energy customer-facing environment and requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with driving history and safety requirements, including background checks and driving record monitoring, is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Extremely high energy level
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Open schedule Mon-Fri 2pm to 10pm; Sat and Sun shifts
- Multi-tasking ability
- Attention to detail and organized
- Pass background check; Pre-Employment Drug Test; SSN Validation; Criminal Record
- Clean driving record with no recent major violations; 3+ years driving history required
