Reservation Agent

Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service while ensuring the best room selection and maximizing revenue through up-selling. Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system. Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is required, along with fluency in English. This role contributes to creating a positive impact for customers and the planet within the Accor network of 5,500 hotels.
