Job Summary
Reservation Agent responsible for handling guest inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and messages; assist guests in selecting options, input and maintain reservations in the system; inform guests about services, promotions, and packages; modify/cancel reservations; collaborate with Front Office and Sales to ensure seamless service; address guest concerns with courtesy and solution-focused approach; keep accurate records of interactions and bookings; follow reservation and payment procedures; demonstrate strong verbal/written English communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, calm under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset; knowledge of reservation management systems and luxury hospitality standards; flexible to work various shifts.
