Check guests in and out using the Opera/Scorpio system, coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests, and manage cash handling. Handle bookings, retrieve invoices, and answer guest inquiries both electronically and at the counter. Contribute to sales efforts and actively work toward departmental goals. This temporary extra-help role requires a receptionist certificate or equivalent service industry experience, fluency in a Scandinavian language and English, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
