Resepsjonist, Scandic Byporten, 100% heltid

Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs using the Opera/Scorpio system, handle cash transactions, and manage bookings and invoicing. Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and actively contribute to sales targets and departmental goals. Respond to guest inquiries both electronically and in person while maintaining high service standards. Work a full-time shift schedule with alternating weekends off. Candidates must possess a receptionist diploma or relevant service experience, speak a Scandinavian language and English fluently, and have at least 20 years of age. Prior experience with Opera or Scorpio systems is a significant advantage.
