Administer reservations, room assignments, and payments, and operate the lobby shop by restocking, maintaining inventory, and selling items. Uphold the hotel's high service standards, actively manage loyalty programs and upselling opportunities, and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. This role requires fluent Norwegian and English, basic cash handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote Arctic environment at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel.
