Job Summary
Researcher for the Social Cohesion Research Programme at RSIS (NTU Singapore) will assist with research and administrative duties, exploring how the social and built environment shapes multiculturalism and inclusion, religious digitisation, and online trends. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth literature reviews on social cohesion, religiosity, ethnicity, and nationalism; performing multivariate analyses on cross-national data to assess social cohesion patterns; supporting strategic events, managing databases, and providing key insights to aid decision-making and effective communication. Qualifications require a PhD or Master’s degree in social sciences/data analytics, with comfort in report writing and statistical analyses and a basic understanding of multivariate statistics (including multiple regressions, factor analysis, and statistical tabulations using Excel and charts).
