Job Summary
Collect information, review, and quality-check data from open sources, authorities, databases, and external partners to verify CV details, references, and candidate dialogues. Actively improve daily processes and tools in close collaboration with system and product developers to enhance information retrieval workflows. Contribute to the end-to-end management of background check operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables while driving continuous improvement of work methods. Communicate professionally with authorities, candidates, and colleagues across various contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Aftergraduate education
- Equivalent competence in research, investigation, administration, compliance, or customer service
- Experience in environments where structure and quality are decisive
- Uninhibited communication in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Systematic and methodical working approach
- Genuine drive to improve and develop
- Ability to take initiative
