Job Summary
Align methodologies with research goals and use tools to acquire, interpret, and record data from desktop research, surveys, and interviews. Analyze patterns and trends while maintaining electronic databases and protecting confidential information. Conduct fieldwork and tests when required, assist management with budget and time schedules, and anticipate or resolve research issues. Deliver presentations, write proposals, and liaise with clients throughout the tender process. Follow a strict code of ethics and report problems promptly to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in research or similar qualification
- Sound understanding of research methodologies
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude
- Practical experience in database management
- Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree will be highly desirable
- Experience in a research field will be an advantage
