Job Summary
Conduct bench-level experiments and modify documented protocols to support investigative research. Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, stocks, cultures, or cell lines while operating analytical instruments. Compile, verify, and interpret experimental data by performing statistical analysis and preparing written reports. Maintain laboratory records, charts, and graphs; operate basic equipment maintenance; and order supplies. May supervise work-study students. This temporary role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field with demonstrated laboratory skills. The hourly pay range is $23.33 to $33.21.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related scientific field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated scientific knowledge in the area of study
- Demonstrated basic laboratory skills
