Job Summary
Conduct laboratory experiments on adaptive and innate immune cells using flow cytometry, cell culture, gene expression analysis, cytokine quantification, and immunohistochemistry. Maintain detailed laboratory records, analyze data, and report experimental results while collaborating with lab members. This role supports the Bettelli Lab's goal of understanding cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying autoimmunity at the Benaroya Research Institute in Seattle.
