Job Summary
Guide and supervise a team of 2 to 5 market research analysts, ensuring tasks are completed per quality parameters and timelines. Conduct desk and secondary research, develop instruments for primary surveys, and execute interviews and fieldwork to gather stakeholder insights. Analyze data, prepare reports and thought papers, and lead business development activities including client outreach, proposal writing, and budgeting. Work on-site in Dehradun from Monday through Saturday (excluding first and third Saturdays), with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM IST. This role supports Ayvole's B2B market research and consulting firm in delivering data-driven insights across sectors like automotive, BFSI, and biotech.
Required Qualifications
- A post-graduate degree/diploma in management (AICTE recognized MBA/PGDM or similar)
- An AICTE recognised graduation (bachelors) degree in either engineering (preferred), management, economics, statistics, commerce or any other related field
- A minimum of 2 years of market research experience (ideally client facing, i.e., research team based, but project management/fieldwork experience would also be considered) or experience in relevant domains such as marketing, sales, business operations, etc.
- Good working knowledge of English language (reading, writing as well as speaking)
- Command over Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) tools
- Well-versed with the internet and finding information online
- Sharp, intelligent, analytical and possessing an inquisitive mind with an ability to produce quality and well-structured work
- Ability and willingness to generate and suggest new ideas
- Well organized and disciplined but open to working in a flexible and adaptable manner
- Must be able to take feedback well and constructively and incorporate the same in his/her work
- Must have access to a privately owned personal computer (laptop/desktop) with latest specifications that is password protected
- Must be available for on-site work at Ayvole's office location in Dehradun (or as decided from time to time)
- Must be available for Monday through Saturday working days (except on the first and third Saturday of the month)
- Must be available for working hours from 9 AM IST to 6 PM IST (with lunch-break from 1 PM to 2 PM)
- Must be willing to work for such hours as necessary for the proper discharge of your duties to the Company
- Must be able to work remotely or from home if required, ensuring access to a high-speed internet connection, a phone/mobile with stable connectivity, and a space to work undisturbed
