Job Summary
Assist in teaching and course-material preparation, including tutorials, labs, and grading; collaborate with the professor on ongoing research projects, conduct literature reviews and assist in data collection and analysis, and contribute to preparation of research publications and presentations; perform administrative tasks and help coordinate academic events, seminars, or workshops; requires strong communication, organization, and time-management skills as a part-time student position at American University's Kogod School of Business (5 hours/week, $18.40/hour) and is available only to enrolled American University students.
Required Qualifications
- Good academic standing with a strong GPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and literature review
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with students, faculty, and staff
- Effective organizational and time management skills
