Job Summary
Research Student PD assists project staff under supervision, conducting data entry, data cleaning, data analyses, and data programming tasks; assists in recruitment of participants including telephone screening, assists research assistants in participant visits, and aids in collection, processing and storage of biospecimens, plus literature reviews. For basic research programs, performs basic laboratory experiments such as pipetting, tissue culture, and data analysis under supervision. Maintains quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control per hospital policies and procedures; other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a matriculating student in an accredited college program
- Basic understanding of computer programs including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Per Diem work schedule
