Job Summary
Conduct in vivo experiments including cellular transplantation, tissue collection, dissection, and cell isolation while maintaining sterile in vitro cell culture practices and performing FACS sorting. Execute molecular cloning techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9, prepare stock solutions, and manage the mouse colony through breeding and genotyping. Analyze flow cytometry and imaging data to represent results in figures, maintain detailed lab notebooks, and ensure biosafety compliance. Collaborate with senior lab members on experimental setups and participate in journal clubs to discuss research progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-1 year of experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
