Job Summary
Research SME - Antenna Systems located in Bethesda, MD. Responsible for attending meetings and conferences as a Subject Matter Expert; assisting with development of presentations for Program Management Reviews; serving as a liaison between performers, test & evaluation contributors, government and transition partners; reviewing and advising on technical reports, data, and approaches; establishing and maintaining collaborative environments for program use; providing reach-back support for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design; examining data sources for emerging technology related to the program; providing technical support on new concepts integral to the program's success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a Master's
- Two (2) years of experience with test and measurement equipment for advanced communication technologies
- One (1) year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary R&D or T&E team
- Two (2) years of experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules
