Job Summary
Research Screening Specialist at our Lincoln, NE site will manage the preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations. Responsibilities include entering and updating study information into database systems, collecting and organizing panelist paperwork and documentation, and developing positive participant communications and relationships. This entry-level role operates in an office/clinic environment with a team of about 10 colleagues, and may require travel to the Omaha site 1–2 times per week. Working hours are primarily Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm. A preferred Associate's degree in social or biological sciences or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are valued. This position offers opportunity for growth within clinical research and medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
- One year customer services experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge / Skills / Education / Licenses: Associate's degree in related field preferred but not required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications
