Job Summary
Prepare and maintain all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations. Enter and update study information into database systems, collect and organize panelist paperwork and documentation, and develop positive participant communications and relationships. Work in an office/clinic environment with a team of 10 colleagues, with possible travel to the Omaha site 1-2 times per week. This full-time role operates Monday-Friday from 5:30am-2:00pm. The position serves as a springboard for professional growth within clinical research.
Required Qualifications
- One year customer services experience
- Experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications
- Associate's degree in related field
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Travel to Omaha site approximately 1-2 times per week during working hours
- Work mainly Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm
