Research Scientist (Sample Analysis) - Bioanalytical Dept

Independently manage multiple sample analysis projects as a Principal Investigator, preparing and reviewing study protocols while coordinating with clients to plan and conduct studies. Evaluate data significance, prepare study summaries and reports, and set up complex LC/MS/MS instrumentation for TK/PK assessment. Maintain regulatory compliance by preparing QA documents and ensuring GLP regulations and SOPs are followed. Supervise junior staff, communicate project timelines and issues to clients, and participate in method validation when needed. Work 100% office-based in Newark, Delaware. Support drug development for small molecules, antibodies, and genetic medicines within the Bioanalytical department.
