Job Summary
Research Scientist- Robotics AI contributing to AI research at Bosch RTC-NA. Lead research and engineering in core AI/ML to enable Embodied AI for ADAS/AD, robotics, and industrial automation; advance AI-based robotics with multimodal vision-language-action models; collaborate across global research and engineering teams to transfer technologies into real products and ensure high-quality system integration; publish findings in conferences/journals and pursue patents as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics or a related discipline or Master's degree with >= 2 years industry experience after graduation
- Minimum of 3 years of R&D experience, or equivalent graduate research background
- Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork capabilities
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience in reinforcement learning for behavior or motion planning or related contexts (e.g., PPO, DQN, DDPG)
- Strong portfolio of publications in ML, DL, robotics, CV
