Job Summary
The internship focuses on developing robot understanding of visual information and language instructions to enable real-world actions. Responsibilities include building large-scale robotics training data, simulation-based training and validation, evaluating in real robot environments, improving generalization across environments and tasks, and researching novel architectures and learning methods (SFT, RL, data mixing, data filtering). It also covers automating end-to-end evaluation, Sim-to-Real verification, and leveraging diverse data sources (teleoperation, demonstrations, simulation) to improve model performance. The role involves designing in-house benchmarks and task suites, collaborating with LG AI researchers, and contributing to the Robot Foundation Model, Vision-Language-Action (VLA), World Model, and Embodied AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Physical AI 관련 분야 석사/박사과정 중이신 분 (Robotics, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Multimodal AI, Embodied AI 등)
- 로봇 조작, 모방학습, 강화학습, VLA, World Model, Embodied AI 관련 연구 경험
- 대규모 모델 학습, 파인튜닝, 데이터 믹싱, 데이터 필터링, 평가 자동화 경험
- 실제 로봇 또는 시뮬레이션 환경에서 모델을 평가해본 경험
