Job Summary

Develop electron-beam lithography processes for wafer coating, exposure, and development to support full-wafer, low-volume fabrication of legacy microcircuits. Sustain, improve, and optimize processing to increase throughput while integrating new capabilities into existing production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, integration, design, and layout teams to troubleshoot problems and document solutions. Collect, correlate, and present data to management and coworkers. Work onsite Monday through Friday in a clean room environment up to 75% of the day, presenting analysis via PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Experience with electron-beam lithography theory, data perpetration and process development
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and to document solutions
  • Demonstrated analytical and systematic teamwork approach to troubleshooting
  • Must be able to work in a clean room environment up to 75% of the workday
  • Must be able to perform flexible shift work when required
  • Able to work on site Monday – Friday, starting at 8:30am, with an 8-hour workday

Desired Qualifications

  • Past use of JEOL electron beam systems and GenISys Beamer data preparation software
