Job Summary

Develop electron-beam lithography processes for wafer coating, exposure, and development to support full-wafer, low-volume fabrication of legacy microcircuits. Optimize existing processing capabilities to increase throughput while collaborating with cross-functional teams on Engineering, Integration, Design, and Layout. Collect, correlate, and interpret data to present findings to management and coworkers. Troubleshoot problems, document solutions, and work in a clean room environment up to 75% of the day. Present analysis verbally and in written formats, including PowerPoints.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Experience with electron-beam lithography theory
  • Experience with data perpetration
  • Experience with process development
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to document solutions
  • Demonstrated analytical and systematic teamwork approach to troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment up to 75% of the workday
  • Ability to perform flexible shift work when required
  • Ability to work on site Monday – Friday, starting at 8:30am, with an 8-hour workday

Desired Qualifications

  • Past use of JEOL electron beam systems
  • Past use of GenISys Beamer data preparation software
