Job Summary
Develop and execute a fast-paced donor research strategy to identify, connect with, qualify, and elevate prospects to an active portfolio; maintain and utilize donor records, tracking activity and sourcing contact information; collaborate with Donor Care to inform stewardship and engagement strategies through research, internal/external data gathering, and moves management; monitor qualification activities with reports and dashboards to drive outcomes; support the Advancement team with data-driven insights and donor intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2–5 years work experience in prospect research, fundraising, and/or revenue generation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to successfully work in a collaborative, team-oriented organization
- Flexibility to travel overnight up to 15% of the time
