Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple clinical research projects within the Laboratory for the Investigation of Autoimmunity Pathogenesis. Recruit, screen, and enroll study subjects; conduct study visits and collect specimens; monitor and track subjects; ensure timely, valid, accurate data collection and reporting; oversee cataloguing and distribution of biological samples; develop and implement study protocol designs, construct source documents and case report forms, and maintain databases and regulatory documentation (IRB submissions, continuing reviews, amendments). Coordinate study-related meetings, prepare data reports and presentations for leadership, review study status (accrual, data entry, queries, deviations), assist with data cleaning and quality control for large analyses, and ensure patient safety and protocol compliance per FDA/GCP guidelines; knowledge of regulatory processes and proficiency with REDCap; strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; on-site role at Perelman Center for Adv Medicine, Philadelphia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
