Job Summary
Lead daily oncology clinical research operations across two locations, overseeing protocol implementation, study activation, enrollment, data collection, and research workflows. Supervise and mentor a small clinical research team while managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and competency assessments. Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, OHRP, NIH, HIPAA, and IRB requirements by overseeing regulatory submissions, documentation, record retention, and reporting of protocol deviations. Develop corrective and preventive action plans to support continuous improvement and partner with investigators, research leadership, and institutional stakeholders to enhance research performance. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with four days on site in Somerset, NJ and one day in Hamilton, NJ. Salary range $115,000 to $145,000. Requires Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Public Health; Master's preferred. Minimum 3 years oncology clinical research experience including 1–2 years supervisory experience. Registered Nurse preferred. Annual Influenza inoculation and Mantoux TST required.
