Job Summary
Manage the Neuro-Oncology Program by leading program and project teams, coordinating cross-project initiatives, and delegating tasks across multidisciplinary groups. Conduct research, analyze data in systems, and develop reports and presentations to support program goals while monitoring progress and addressing deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets. Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns to leadership. Manage the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines, and provide regular updates to program leadership. Serve as the primary operational point of coordination, working closely with faculty, research administration, grants management, and clinical teams to remove operational barriers and execute program priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
- Program Management Experience 2-3 years
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
