Job Summary
Remote Research Operations Specialist who manages candidate and client information, leads project activities related to candidate sourcing/reach outs, and assists with maintenance of search platform tools. Collaborates with internal and external clients to understand position requirements, partners with team members to create strategic sourcing plans and project plans, delivers research pipeline initiatives and creates/improves marketing deliverables/reach, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Provides back-up assistance as needed and performs other duties. Requires excellent project management, analytical, organizational and communication skills, ability to work remotely and independently, tech savviness, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. A Bachelor;s degree is preferred but not required.

- Excellent project management, analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people while managing search projects remotely and independently
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software, reference materials, databases, online services, and internet searching tools
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and deadline-driven work ethic
- Ability to shift and re-prioritize at a moment's notice with changing needs
- A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
