Job Summary
Research Operations Coordinator for remote Poland, supporting clinical trials and project delivery. Responsibilities include assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones, managing study documentation and preparing regulatory submissions, and contributing to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field, strong organizational skills, attention to detail in data management, effective cross-team communication, and prior clinical research or project management experience.
